Crackers

Ingredients for about 30 crackers

  • 55 g of wheat flour
  • 55 g of spent grain flour ( blond / amber / brown )
  • 50 g of grapeseed oil
  • 4 g of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water
  • 25 g of seeds (sesame, poppy, flax, quinoa…)
  • A pinch of spices / herbs (turmeric, thyme, paprika…)

PS: We opted for quinoa seeds with brown flour, cumin and flax seeds with amber spent grain flour, and Provence herbs and sesame seeds with blond spent grain flour.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix all the ingredients with the oil.
  • Add water until a smooth paste is obtained.
  • Roll out between two sheets of baking paper until about 2-3mm thick.
  • Cut with a knife into the desired shape.
  • Bake for 15-20 mins at 180°C.
