Crackers
Ingredients for about 30 crackers
- 55 g of wheat flour
- 55 g of spent grain flour ( blond / amber / brown )
- 50 g of grapeseed oil
- 4 g of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Water
- 25 g of seeds (sesame, poppy, flax, quinoa…)
- A pinch of spices / herbs (turmeric, thyme, paprika…)
PS: We opted for quinoa seeds with brown flour, cumin and flax seeds with amber spent grain flour, and Provence herbs and sesame seeds with blond spent grain flour.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix all the ingredients with the oil.
- Add water until a smooth paste is obtained.
- Roll out between two sheets of baking paper until about 2-3mm thick.
- Cut with a knife into the desired shape.
- Bake for 15-20 mins at 180°C.
