Raw Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix the peanut butter with the maple syrup.
  • Add the flour, mix until smooth.
  • Add flour if necessary: the mixture should not stick.
  • Roughly crush the peanuts and add them to the mixture.
  • Flatten the mixture in a mold with baking paper to make it easier to unmold.
  • Melt the chocolate with a spoonful of peanut butter.
  • Pour over the mixture.
  • Reserve in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate is set.
  • Remove, cut into squares and keep cool.
