Raw Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
- 60g of brown spent grain flour
- 80g of dark chocolate
- 200g of peanut butter
- 15g of peanuts
- 30g maple syrup
- 1g of salt
Preparation
- Mix the peanut butter with the maple syrup.
- Add the flour, mix until smooth.
- Add flour if necessary: the mixture should not stick.
- Roughly crush the peanuts and add them to the mixture.
- Flatten the mixture in a mold with baking paper to make it easier to unmold.
- Melt the chocolate with a spoonful of peanut butter.
- Pour over the mixture.
- Reserve in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate is set.
- Remove, cut into squares and keep cool.
