Maltivor's vision

Maltivor contributes to building a resilient agri-food sector, by producing nutritious, low-impact and tasty ingredients.

We are committed to preserving agricultural resources by revaluing cereals from local breweries : brewers’ spent grains.

Maltivor's objectives are to reduce the impact of the food industry, maintain unique flavors and offer nutritious ingredients.

    By recycling by-products from the brewing sector, we demonstrate our commitment to the environment. However, we go further by eco-designing the production of our ingredients, thus creating a concrete and quantifiable positive impact.

    We are convinced that a healthy diet, which meets the body's daily needs, can also be a source of taste pleasure. This is how we aim to offer tasty and nutritious ingredients.

Collaboration with local breweries is essential in achieving our mission.

This is why we work with different establishments, whether artisanal, industrial, with a conventional range or a certified organic farming range. Around fifteen breweries have chosen to opt for Maltivor, a solution which stands out for its reliability, practicality and reinforces their environmental commitment.


Our long-term objective is to develop new production units in the various French brewing areas. This will allow us to be as close as possible to the deposits of our raw materials and to remain in a logic of short circuit and local partnerships.

Sustainable development goals

To create a more sustainable and better future for all of us, the United Nations has established 17 Sustainable Development Goals . The challenges we currently face, globally, will be resolved through the achievement of all of these goals.

Maltivor has decided to work towards achieving three sustainable development objectives which are essential to our mission.

Indeed, we aim to waste less food and support local agriculture by achieving Goal 2 Zero “Hunger” .

We are also working towards Objective 12 Responsible Consumption and Production in order to do better and more with less.

Finally, we are committed to Goal 13 Measures to combat climate change , which is an inseparable element of achieving sustainable development.
