Maltivor is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year!

This is an opportunity for us to look back on our achievements over the past few years. New products, new product lines, new team members… A lot has happened over the past 5 years and for that, we’re giving you a recap!

It all started in 2018 when Lola started from the observation that 88% of the cereals used in brewing beer called “spent grains” are wasted. That’s when Maltivor was born.

Gabrielle being particularly interested in the valorization of co-products from the agri-food industry, she decided to join Lola in early 2019 in her adventure and thus co-found Maltivor . She then developed the entire production line in order to make brewer's spent grain flour.

In 2020, our Malti'Mix Pancakes & Waffles and Muffins & Cookies were born! Covid did not stop us from creating our range of cooking kits and we also started marketing our products during that year.

2021 marks a big change, because we moved to Vourles and we were able to manufacture our products in our new workshop. We were able to offer you a wide range of recipes on Instagram thanks to our larger workshop which allows us to carry out numerous tests! On the event side, we also went to the Villeurbanne Christmas market to make you discover our products under the magic of Christmas.

The team then expanded in 2022 as several sales representatives joined the team. R&D engineers and an executive assistant also joined the Malti'Team. During that year, we also launched our new website , which you are currently on. And to top it all off, we were the winners of the I-Nov competition , a great source of pride!

Although 2023 still has plenty of surprises in store for you, a lot has also happened. We did our first collaboration with the pastier Le Ruyet in Brittany by offering macaroni with spent grain . We have also welcomed new people to the team that you will soon discover! And the most important thing is yet to come, because a new range is about to be released in a few days! We will tell you more next week…
