Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 30 g blond or amber spent grain flour
  • 150 g of wheat flour
  • 35 g of sugar, honey or maple syrup
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml of milk
  • Fat

Preparation

  • Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt) together and make a well.
  • Scramble the eggs.
  • Mix the eggs with the milk (and other liquid ingredients) then add them to the dry ingredients little by little in the well to avoid lumps.
  • Cook on a hot pan, adding fat.
  • Flip the pancake when holes appear on the undercooked side.
