Marble cake

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • Mix the softened butter with the sugar and salt.
  • Add the wheat flour, the baking powder then the eggs and the cream and the milk.
  • Mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
  • Separate the mixture into 2 equal parts.
  • In one add the vanilla and the blond spent grain flour.
  • In the other add the cocoa and the brown spent grain flour.
  • Line a mould.
  • Alternately add the vanilla and chocolate mixtures to create marbling.
  • Bake for approximately 1h10 at 150°C - check the cooking with the tip of a knife.
  • Let cool before serving.
