Brookie
Ingredients for the cookie part
- 30 g of blond spent grain flour
- 75 g of wheat flour
- 75 g of sugar
- 80 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 100 g of chocolate chips
- 1 g of flower of salt
- 3.3 g of baking powder
Ingredients for the brownie part
- 50 g of brown spent grain flour
- 50 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 170 g of chocolate
- 1.5 g of salt flower
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- For the brownie part:
- Melt the chocolate with the butter.
- Blanch the eggs with the sugar.
- Add the chocolate + butter mixture.
- Then the flours and salt flower.
- Pour into a mold (20x20cm).
- For the cookie part:
- Blanch the butter with the sugar.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Add the flours, baking powder, salt and chocolate.
- Place pieces of cookie dough on the brownie.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 175°C.
