Ingredients for the cookie part

  • 30 g of blond spent grain flour
  • 75 g of wheat flour
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 80 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of chocolate chips
  • 1 g of flower of salt
  • 3.3 g of baking powder

Ingredients for the brownie part

  • 50 g of brown spent grain flour
  • 50 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 170 g of chocolate
  • 1.5 g of salt flower

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • For the brownie part:
    • Melt the chocolate with the butter.
    • Blanch the eggs with the sugar.
    • Add the chocolate + butter mixture.
    • Then the flours and salt flower.
    • Pour into a mold (20x20cm).
  • For the cookie part:
    • Blanch the butter with the sugar.
    • Add the egg and mix.
    • Add the flours, baking powder, salt and chocolate.
  • Place pieces of cookie dough on the brownie.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes at 175°C.
