These three flours will bring a different coloring and flavor , just like the blond, amber and dark beers of our partner breweries!
Blond flour, our most classic flour, will bring a cereal and soft taste, it will also have a sandy color. The amber will be caramelized and a little darker than the blonde. Finally, the Brown will be our most characterful flour with a roasted and cocoa flavor and a deep brown color.
Our flours are totally different from classic wheat flour which is white and has a neutral flavor. Dreg flour will make the difference in all your dishes!
