Composition: Wheat flour*, blond spent grain flour (from cereal malt )* (25%), beet sugar*, baking powder* (corn starch*, sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid), PDO Guérande salt.

The malt used by our partner breweries and contained in our products can come from France or Europe.
We eco-design our Malti'Mix by choosing our ingredients responsibly. Indeed, we build partnerships with producers in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in order to promote the local economy while creating lasting links. We use, for example, wheat flour produced locally by Moulin de Gaston.
Allergens : Gluten.
Guaranteed minimum durability date upon receipt of the product : 6 months.
Certification : EU Organic Agriculture.
Storage & conservation conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from soil and humidity.
Packaging : 5 kg bag - 25 kg bag - Personalized packaging on request in BigBag.
Use : A classic version and a vegetable version for each recipe. Add ingredients (egg, milk, butter, vegetable fat or vegetable milk) according to the proportions indicated.
