The malt used by our partner breweries and contained in our products can come from France or Europe.
Allergen : Naturally contains gluten in very small quantities and has the “very low gluten content” claim.
Guaranteed minimum durability date upon receipt of the product : 6 months.
Storage & preservation conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from soil and humidity.
Packaging : 5 kg bag - 25 kg bag - Personalized packaging on request in BigBag.
Use : An integration into the flour mixture of 5% to 30% is recommended.
Its organoleptic characteristics:
- Appearance : powder, presence of fine particles and fibrous particles. This may vary depending on the particle size requested.
- Color : Light brown, sand.
