From the brewing of beer, spent grain is the part of the barley malt that has not been used by the brewers.
Maltivor aims to upcycle these cereals, which add fiber, protein and minerals to your diet. The icing on the cake is that Maltivor flour adds new flavors to your recipes: cereal-like for the blond flour, subtly caramelised for the amber flour and beautiful toasted notes for the brown flour!
Bagged in a 400g kraft sachet, we recommend consuming Maltivor flour within 6 months of receipt.
