To make your pancakes or waffles, simply follow the instructions on the back of the bag for the classic or vegetable recipe, and add eggs, milk and butter or milk and vegetable fat.

In this 300g sachet, you'll find all the dry ingredients you need: wheat flour produced locally in the Ain region, sugar from beet grown in France, baking powder, a dash of PDO Guérande salt and, of course, Maltivor blond brewers' spent grain flour!

We recommend consuming this Malti'Mix within 6 months of receipt.
