You can use this Malti'Mix to make around 6 muffins or 15 cookies. All you need to do is follow the instructions on the back of the bag for the classic or vegetable recipe, and add eggs, milk and/or butter or vegetable fat, compote and/or yoghurt.

In this 250g sachet, you'll find all the dry ingredients you need: wheat flour produced locally in the Ain region, sugar from beet grown in France, baking powder, a dash of PDO Guérande salt, Fairtrade chocolate chips and, of course, our Maltivor brown brewers' spent grain flour!
