Veggie burger

Ingredients for 4 vegan burgers

  • 4 burger buns made using our recipe
  • 42.5 g of brown spent grain flour
  • 105 g of textured soy protein
  • 7.5 g of chia seeds
  • 3.8 g of dry garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 7 g of dry onion
  • 37.5 g of water
  • 20 g of tomato puree
  • 15 g of worcestershire or barbecue sauce
  • 2 g of salt and pepper
  • 5 g paprika
  • A vegetable broth

Preparation

  • Rehydrate the soy proteins for 10 minutes in boiling water with vegetable broth.
  • Wring them well afterwards.
  • Rehydrate chia seeds in water.
  • Mix all the other ingredients together.
  • Add everything and mix quickly.
  • Form steaks using cookie cutters.
  • Grill in a pan in a little olive oil to brown them.

Ingredients for the burger

  • Raclette cheese
  • Salad
  • 1 red onion
  • Sauce of your choice

Preparation

  • Cut the burger buns in half.
  • Put sauce on the bread, put the cooked soy steak on it, then the cheese.
  • Melt in the oven.
  • Add the other ingredients: red onions, salad, etc.
  • Close the burger.
