Speculoos
Ingredients for about twenty speculoos
- 155 g of butter
- 150 g of wheat flour
- 65 g of amber spent grain flour
- 1 egg
- 155 g of cane sugar
- 3 g of baking powder
- 3 g of speculoos spices (mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, ginger and cloves)
Preparation
- Start by mixing the butter and the two flours with your fingers.
- Add the sugar, the baking powder and the spices then the egg and mix to obtain a homogeneous paste.
- Roll out the dough, keeping it about half a centimeter thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut out your cookies.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake at 170°C for 13 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
