Preparation

  • Mix the flours.
  • Add the butter in pieces at room temperature to the flour.
  • Mix egg and salt.
  • Add the egg/salt mixture to the flour and butter and knead until the dough forms a ball.
  • Roll out on a floured work surface and add the filling of your choice.
  • Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  • Tested and approved by the Malti'Team with a garnish of leek/comté fondue, butternut/blue cheese or courgette/goat cheese.
