Shortcrust pastry
Ingredients
- 75 g of blond spent grain flour
- 175 g of wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 100 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Mix the flours.
- Add the butter in pieces at room temperature to the flour.
- Mix egg and salt.
- Add the egg/salt mixture to the flour and butter and knead until the dough forms a ball.
- Roll out on a floured work surface and add the filling of your choice.
- Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Tested and approved by the Malti'Team with a garnish of leek/comté fondue, butternut/blue cheese or courgette/goat cheese.
