Ingredients

  • 35 g of brown spent grain flour
  • 80 g of wheat flour
  • 140 g of caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 g of salt
  • 3 g of baking powder
  • 60 g of whipping cream
  • 40 g of butter
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • A few raspberries

Preparation

  • Mix the sugar, flours, yeast, salt.
  • Add the softened butter then the eggs and cream.
  • Add the chopped chocolate.
  • Fill greased muffin tins.
  • Press in one or two raspberries per mould. Cook.
  • Bake in an oven at 165°C for 20 minutes.

Try the variations by replacing chocolate and raspberries with nuts, fruit, praline, etc.
