Muffin-Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Malti'Mix Cookies & Muffins
- 10 cl of liquid cream
- 100 g of chocolate
Preparation
- Use the Malti'Mix in the classic version by adding 1 egg and 50 g of butter or in the vegetable version with 20 g of compote and 50 g of vegetable fat
- Melt the chocolate and the liquid cream, mix then leave to cool
- Meanwhile, place the cookie dough on the bottom and on the edges of the ramekins
- Pour the chocolate into the ramekins and close them with cookie dough
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C and enjoy!
