Preparation

  • Use the Malti'Mix in the classic version by adding 1 egg and 50 g of butter or in the vegetable version with 20 g of compote and 50 g of vegetable fat
  • Melt the chocolate and the liquid cream, mix then leave to cool
  • Meanwhile, place the cookie dough on the bottom and on the edges of the ramekins
  • Pour the chocolate into the ramekins and close them with cookie dough
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C and enjoy!
