Mini Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Malti'Mix Pancakes & Waffles
- 4 eggs and 30 cl of milk in the classic version
- 45 cl of vegetable milk and 50 g of vegetable oil of your choice
Preparation
- Use the Malti'Mix as indicated on the back of the packet.
- When cooking, instead of making large pancakes, take a spoon and pour small doses of pancake batter to make mini pancakes!
- You can taste with the topping of your choice, we opted for icing sugar and maple syrup to double the dose of gluttony!
