Sweet potato gnocchi

Preparation

  • Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Dump the flesh of the sweet potatoes into a bowl.
  • Mix with the flours.
  • Mix the mixture until you get a smooth paste.
  • Divide the dough into sausages and form the gnocchi.
  • Cook in a pan and wait for the gnocchi to rise to the surface to take them out.
  • Serve with a cream sauce and shallots!
