Sweet potato gnocchi
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1/3 of wheat flour
- 2/3 of brown spent grain flour
Preparation
- Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Dump the flesh of the sweet potatoes into a bowl.
- Mix with the flours.
- Mix the mixture until you get a smooth paste.
- Divide the dough into sausages and form the gnocchi.
- Cook in a pan and wait for the gnocchi to rise to the surface to take them out.
- Serve with a cream sauce and shallots!
