Gluten-free crepes

Ingredients for a dozen pancakes

  • 150 g of cornstarch
  • 100 g of blond spent grain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 7.5 g of sugar
  • 12 g of butter
  • A pinch of salt flower
  • 500 g of milk

Preparation

  • Mix the flours and sugar with the eggs to form a paste.
  • Gently dilute with the milk.
  • Add the melted butter.
  • Cook your crepes on a crepe maker and voila!
