Gluten-free crepes
Ingredients for a dozen pancakes
- 150 g of cornstarch
- 100 g of blond spent grain flour
- 3 eggs
- 7.5 g of sugar
- 12 g of butter
- A pinch of salt flower
- 500 g of milk
Preparation
- Mix the flours and sugar with the eggs to form a paste.
- Gently dilute with the milk.
- Add the melted butter.
- Cook your crepes on a crepe maker and voila!
