Ingredients

  • 150 g of blond spent grain flour
  • 350 g of wheat flour
  • A packet of baker's yeast
  • 350 ml of water
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • For the garnish, anything is possible! Take the ingredients that you like and have fun making new mixtures!

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the flours, salt, baking powder and a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Add the water to the mixture and form the dough using a robot or your hands, then cover it with a cloth and let it rise for 1h30.
  • Prepare a dish with parchment paper and add a little oil, then lay the dough and add a little oil again so that the dough is not dry.
  • Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes, and add the toppings of your choice, and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
  • Bake for about twenty minutes at 220°C and you're done!
