Ingredients for 6 pita breads

Preparation

  • Prepare the falafels according to the recipe indicated on the back of the bag of Malti'Mix falafel & vegetable galette.
  • To prepare the pita breads, rehydrate the yeast in a little warm water.
  • In a robot or by hand, knead all the ingredients together until the dough is homogeneous.
  • Leave to rise for an hour at room temperature, the dough should double in volume.
  • Deaerate the dough and separate into 6 pieces.
  • Roll out the dough into a galette about 5mm thick.
  • Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil.
  • Cook the patties for a few minutes on each side.
  • Garnish the pitas with tzatziki, falafel, salad, red cabbage and sliced radishes…
