Falafel pita bread
Ingredients for 6 pita breads
- 1 Malti'Mix Falafel & Vegetable Galette
- 250 g of wheat flour
- 50 g of blond spent grain flour
- 7 g of salt
- 18 g of fresh baker's yeast
- 210 g of water
Preparation
- Prepare the falafels according to the recipe indicated on the back of the bag of Malti'Mix falafel & vegetable galette.
- To prepare the pita breads, rehydrate the yeast in a little warm water.
- In a robot or by hand, knead all the ingredients together until the dough is homogeneous.
- Leave to rise for an hour at room temperature, the dough should double in volume.
- Deaerate the dough and separate into 6 pieces.
- Roll out the dough into a galette about 5mm thick.
- Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil.
- Cook the patties for a few minutes on each side.
- Garnish the pitas with tzatziki, falafel, salad, red cabbage and sliced radishes…
