Crepes
Ingredients
- 150 g of wheat flour
- 50 g of amber spent grain flour
- 400 g of milk
- 10 g of sugar
- 25 g of butter
- 1 g of salt flower
Preparation
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Add the eggs and the melted butter
- Add the milk little by little and mix well
- Cook the dough in a pan
