Ingredients

  • 150 g of wheat flour
  • 50 g of amber spent grain flour
  • 400 g of milk
  • 10 g of sugar
  • 25 g of butter
  • 1 g of salt flower

Preparation

  • Mix all the dry ingredients
  • Add the eggs and the melted butter
  • Add the milk little by little and mix well
  • Cook the dough in a pan
