Ingredients
- 70 g of brown spent grain flour
- 155 g of wheat flour
- 100 g of butter
- 80 g of brown sugar
- 80 g of white sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g of chocolate in small pieces
- Vanilla extract drops
Preparation
- Soften the butter.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the butter, sugars and salt until you get a fluffy paste.
- Add the whole egg and vanilla extract.
- Mix the flours and baking powder then add them to the butter/sugar/egg mixture.
- Add the chocolate.
- Shape the dough into balls and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C.
