Ingredients

  • 70 g of brown spent grain flour
  • 155 g of wheat flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 80 g of brown sugar
  • 80 g of white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g of chocolate in small pieces
  • Vanilla extract drops

Preparation

  • Soften the butter.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the butter, sugars and salt until you get a fluffy paste.
  • Add the whole egg and vanilla extract.
  • Mix the flours and baking powder then add them to the butter/sugar/egg mixture.
  • Add the chocolate.
  • Shape the dough into balls and flatten them slightly.
  • Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C.
