Brownies à la farine de drêche brune, au chocolat et aux fruits secs.

Ingredients

  • 50 g of brown spent grain flour
  • 100 g of wheat flour
  • 140 g of sugar
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of baking soda or ½ sachet of yeast
  • 100 g of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.)

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate in pieces and the butter.
  • Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar in another bowl to obtain a frothy mixture then add the chocolate/butter mixture.
  • Then add the baking soda, salt and flour and mix everything together.
  • Add coarsely chopped nuts.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
