Ingredients
- 50 g of brown spent grain flour
- 100 g of wheat flour
- 140 g of sugar
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of baking soda or ½ sachet of yeast
- 100 g of nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.)
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in pieces and the butter.
- Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar in another bowl to obtain a frothy mixture then add the chocolate/butter mixture.
- Then add the baking soda, salt and flour and mix everything together.
- Add coarsely chopped nuts.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
