Breton Galette
Ingredients
- 75 g of amber spent grain flour
- 225 g of buckwheat flour
- 1 egg
- 70 cl of water
- 9 g salt
Preparation
- Mix the flours and salt.
- Make a well and incorporate the egg.
- Add the water little by little.
- Cook on a hot oiled skillet.
- Add the garnish of your choice.
