  • In a bowl, pour the flours and baking powder and dig a well. Add the eggs and a pinch of salt and mix.
  • Gradually add the milk and mix.
  • Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into slices.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet. Dip the apple rings in the donut batter and place them in the very hot pan. Fry for a few minutes on each side. When the donuts are golden brown, remove them from the pan and place them on absorbent paper.
  • Then sprinkle with sugar and enjoy.
