Apple donuts
Ingredients
- 200 g of wheat flour
- 20 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of blond spent grain flour
- Vegetable oil
- 4 apples
Preparation
- In a bowl, pour the flours and baking powder and dig a well. Add the eggs and a pinch of salt and mix.
- Gradually add the milk and mix.
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into slices.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet. Dip the apple rings in the donut batter and place them in the very hot pan. Fry for a few minutes on each side. When the donuts are golden brown, remove them from the pan and place them on absorbent paper.
- Then sprinkle with sugar and enjoy.
