Apple crumble
Ingredients
- For the crumble:
- 75 g of amber spent grain flour
- 75 g of butter
- 75 g of ground almonds
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 g of salt
- For the apple compote:
- 1 kg of apples (Royal Gala, Granny smith, Golden for example)
- A knob of butter
- 10 g of sugar
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Make the apple compote:
- Cut the apples into pieces.
- Melt a knob of butter in a pan.
- Add the apples, sprinkle with sugar and allow to stew.
- Meanwhile, make the crumble.
- Sand the flour, sugar, salt and ground almonds with the butter until small pieces are obtained.
- In a dish arrange the apples then the crumble on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
