Apple crumble

Ingredients

  • For the crumble:
  • For the apple compote:
    • 1 kg of apples (Royal Gala, Granny smith, Golden for example)
    • A knob of butter
    • 10 g of sugar

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Make the apple compote:
    • Cut the apples into pieces.
    • Melt a knob of butter in a pan.
    • Add the apples, sprinkle with sugar and allow to stew.
  • Meanwhile, make the crumble.
    • Sand the flour, sugar, salt and ground almonds with the butter until small pieces are obtained.
  • In a dish arrange the apples then the crumble on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
