Macaroni with bacon and onions

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Boil some water.
  • In the meantime, cut the onions into thin slices.
  • Fry the onions with a little olive oil
  • Then add the bacon. Once golden, add a little cream and simmer over low heat. Add a little pasta cooking water if needed to thin out the sauce.
  • Once the water is simmering, add the Maltivor Macaronis and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, add the onion-bacon-cream mixture, and add a little grated parmesan.
