Macaroni with bacon and onions
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Maltivor spent grain flour macaroni
- 2 onions
- 200 g of bacon
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- A little parmesan
Preparation
- Boil some water.
- In the meantime, cut the onions into thin slices.
- Fry the onions with a little olive oil
- Then add the bacon. Once golden, add a little cream and simmer over low heat. Add a little pasta cooking water if needed to thin out the sauce.
- Once the water is simmering, add the Maltivor Macaronis and cook for 5 minutes.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, add the onion-bacon-cream mixture, and add a little grated parmesan.
