Macaroni with mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 packet Maltivor spent grain flour macaroni
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 15 cl of cream
- A little butter for cooking
Preparation
- Wash and cut the mushrooms into strips.
- In a skillet, cook the mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Then add the cream, salt and pepper. Simmer your mushroom sauce for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Meanwhile, cook the macaroni in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Serve the macaroni and add the mushroom sauce.
