Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
- A packet of spent grain flour macaroni
- For the bechamel
- 40 g of butter
- 40 g of flour
- 500 g of milk
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 300 g cheddar cheese
- 150 g emmental cheese
- Salt pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cook the pasta for 3min30 (less than on the packaging).
- Prepare the bechamel:
- In a saucepan, melt butter.
- Add the flour.
- Off the heat, add the milk little by little while whisking.
- Return to heat and allow to thicken while stirring.
- Salt, pepper and add the nutmeg.
- Grate the cheeses.
- Add half to the béchamel, mix then add the pasta.
- Pour into a baking dish.
- Put the rest of the grated cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 mins at 180°C.
