Gingerbread

Ingredients

  • 1 Malti'Mix Gingerbread
  • 110 g of honey or 110 g of agave/maple syrup
  • 190 mL of milk or 190 of mL vegetable milk

Preparation

  • Heat the milk.
  • Add honey or syrup and mix well.
  • In a bowl, pour the Malti'Mix then add the milk and honey/syrup mixture.
  • Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Pour into a cake pan.
  • Bake for 55 minutes at 150°C.
