Gingerbread
Ingredients
- 1 Malti'Mix Gingerbread
- 110 g of honey or 110 g of agave/maple syrup
- 190 mL of milk or 190 of mL vegetable milk
Preparation
- Heat the milk.
- Add honey or syrup and mix well.
- In a bowl, pour the Malti'Mix then add the milk and honey/syrup mixture.
- Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Pour into a cake pan.
- Bake for 55 minutes at 150°C.
