Malti'Mix, what are they?

Does the Malti'Mix Maltivor mean anything to you? Don't panic, we'll explain everything to you!

For the little story, Maltivor created the spent grain flour in 2018 after having discovered that the spent grain was not used in human food, while it is a ressource rich in proteins, fibers and flavors! The flour of spent grain being still too little known to the great audience, we started to democratize it little by little with people who love cooking.

But we decided that we needed to go further to promote spent grain. We came up with culinary preparations that incorporate all the dry ingredients in a recipe. These allow people who want to cook to do so in a short time, without having to be an expert in the kitchen. That's when Malti'Mix was created.

We have expanded our range of Malti'Mix step by step (and we are still developing new recipes, to follow all this, it's on Instagram and Facebook that it's happening) , this one then includes:

- A Malti'Mix Pancakes & Flour Waffles with blond spent grain flour.

- A Malti'MixMuffins & Cookies with brown spent grain flour.

- A Malti'Mix Falafel & Galette vegetable with amber spent grain flour.

- A Malti'Mix Gingerbread with brown spent grain flour (limited edition).

So many recipes that will satisfy each of you!

We even developed a series of videos called Malti'Remix on our social networks where we use the Malti'Mix by creating a new recipe! For example : Muffin to the cookie and heart chocolate coulant using the Malti'Mix Muffins & Cookies !
