Savory Protein Waffles
Ingredients
- 200g of coral lentils
- 2 eggs
- 80g of amber spent grain flour
- 80g of coconut milk
- 150g of feta
- 20g of double tomato concentrate
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A good pinch of salt
- A pinch of curry
Preparation
- Cook the coral lentils and let them cool.
- Add the egg, coconut milk, flour and baking powder. Mix everything together.
- Add the crumbled feta. Salt and pepper
- Cook the waffles in a waffle iron.
