Savory Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 200g of coral lentils
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g of amber spent grain flour
  • 80g of coconut milk
  • 150g of feta
  • 20g of double tomato concentrate
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A good pinch of salt
  • A pinch of curry

Preparation

  • Cook the coral lentils and let them cool.
  • Add the egg, coconut milk, flour and baking powder. Mix everything together.
  • Add the crumbled feta. Salt and pepper
  • Cook the waffles in a waffle iron.
